[Abstract]Objective：To explore the effect of Sacubitril Valsartan combined with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide on coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Method： According to the random number table method，8O patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure who were includedand diagnosed in Ganzhou Fifth People's Hospital from October 2O23 to October 2024 were divided into the control group （treated with Sacubitril Valsartan，n=4O）and the study group （treated with Sacubitril Valsartan + （20 Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide，n=4O）. Both groups were treated for one week.The diferences in clinical efficacy，cardiac function，inflammatoryresponse，troponinT（cTnT，N-terminal pro-brainnatriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP），quality of life，and occurrnce of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Result：There was astatisticallysignificant diffrence inthe total eectiverateof treatment between the study group and control group 97.50% Vs 75.00% 0 P <0.05），while there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events （ 5.00% vs 12.50% 0 Pγ 0.05）.One week after the treatment，the quality of life scores， cardiac functionand inflammatory response indicators，cTnT，NT-proBNPof the study group werebetterthan thoseof the control group P<0.05） .Conclusion： Sacubitril Valsartan combined with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide herapy can effctively improve thecardiac functionof patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heartfailure，reduce inflammatoryresponse，regulate the levels ofcTnTandNT-proBNP，improve the qualityof life.
