耕读教育:农林高校新农科人才培养的基石

Abstract: Farming–reading education is an effective way to further promote the training of new agricultural talents. The two are highly consistent in terms of institutional logic and implementation purpose. The theoretical level is mainly reflected in the compatibility at the cognitive level. Farming education can enrich the professional experience perception of new agricultural talents, help deepen the industry awareness of agricultural teachers and students, and help anchor the career pursuit of agricultural students. At the practical level, it can expand the practical boundaries of cultivating new agricultural talents, mainly manifested in the learning scenarios of "farming–reading" extending the course. Farming–reading education can create a realistic field for theoretical application and cultivate students' situational application capabilities.
