Abstract: Talent is the key to rural revitalization. In the current context, strengthening the construction of talent teams in rural areas of Northeast China is of great significance for promoting rural revitalization. The construction of talent teams can not only inject momentum into industrial revitalization, but also lay the foundation for cultural inheritance. At the same time, it helps to implement ecological protection plans and consolidate primary level organizational support. However, the current construction of rural talent teams in Northeast China is facing some difficulties, mainly reflected in the continuous outflow of local talents and the difficulty in recruiting and retaining talents from other regions; The relevant policies are not perfect enough, and the incentive measures are limited in strength; The content of education and training is sometimes not closely integrated with the actual needs of rural areas. To this end, the government should improve talent policies and incentive mechanisms, universities should be close to local needs, adjust their professional settings, and cultivate suitable talents. Villagers should also actively take action, learn skills, and improve their own abilities. By working together to build a solid talent foundation, we can effectively promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in Northeast China.
