农业雇工自组织的多元逻辑及其协同机制
——以果业技术小队为例的实证研究

Abstract: The multi–logic of agricultural laborers' self–organization and its coordination mechanisms remain an under-explored critical topic in academia. Through an in-depth analysis of the self–organizing operations of M County's fruit-growing technical teams, this paper focuses on three core processes: accessing superior technology, leveraging authoritative status, and securing stable income, to reveal the operational mechanisms and coordination pathways of these diverse logics. Findings indicate that the team's effective operation stems from the symbiotic synergy of governmental, market, and social logics: acquiring superior technology is primarily driven by governmental and market logics; leveraging authoritative status is underpinned by social and governmental logics; and securing stable income centers on market and social logics. This research not only expands the theoretical domain of agricultural labor studies but also provides an intellectual foundation for the sound operation of production organizations within the context of high-quality agricultural development.
