地方医学院校助力乡村振兴的实践与研究

——以 X 医药高等专科学校为例

Abstract： Taking the service of local medical colleges for Rural Revitalization as the research object， this paper explores the internal correlation between the two from three dimensions： theoretical logic， practical logic and value logic， and points out the dilemmas confronted by local medical colleges in the process of serving Rural Revitalization. Taking the practice of X Medical College as a case study， this paper discusses its approaches， including reconstructing the medical talent training model， expanding the connotation of social services through university-locality collaboration， stimulating endogenous motivation via health culture， and cultivating medical talents through diversified training programs. These measures have effectively improved the level of rural health services， achieved two-way empowerment between university social services and rural development， and thus provided theoretical reference and practical guidance for local medical colleges to serve Rural Revitalization.
