Abstract： Common prosperity is the core goal of agricultural and rural modernization. Promoting high-quality agricultural development is the key path to achieving this goal. New Quality Productive Forces， as the concentrated embodiment of advanced productive forces， are the inevitable way to drive high-quality agricultural development. The development of New Quality Productive Forces drives agricultural production efficiency and quality through scientific and technological innovation， promotes the deep integration of rural industries through leap-like changes in industries， realizes the green transformation of agriculture through the transformation of development paradigms， and cultivates new driving forces for agricultural development through the innovation of factor allocation. Currently， New Quality Productive Forces still face many challenges in enabling high-quality agricultural development， such as low levels of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and application， the need to strengthen the construction of rural digitalization infrastructure， the lack of high-quality and specialized agricultural talents， and the incompleteness of the agricultural value chain and social service system. Based on this， it is urgent to strengthen key areas of agricultural science and technology research and development and their transformation and application， accelerate the construction of relevant agricultural infrastructure， cultivate high-quality agricultural talent teams， and form a modern agricultural industrial system and social service system， so as to provide strong support for achieving common prosperity for farmers and promoting the steady progress of agricultural and rural modernization.
