农文旅融合视角下高校助力乡村振兴人才培育研究

——基于J校大学生和武宁县下坊村的调查

Abstract： Talent cultivation in colleges and universities is one of the important guarantees for promoting the realization of the rural revitalization strategy. Based on the background of the times when the integration of agriculture， culture and tourism empowers rural revitalization， this research is based on the questionnaire survey and interview data of college students at a university in Jiangxi Province （referred to as J University） regarding the integration of agriculture， culture and tourism in promoting rural revitalization and development， and systematically analyzes contemporary college students' understanding of the integration of agriculture， culture and tourism in promoting rural development. Combined with questionnaire survey and field survey data from Xiafang Village， Wuning County， Jiangxi Province， based on two-way survey data from the school and local， this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current shortcomings in talent training in colleges and universities in serving the process of rural revitalization， exploring paths for colleges and universities to cultivate talents in the context of integrating agriculture， culture and tourism， and providing reference for helping rural revitalization.
