Abstract： This paper discusses the role， difficulties and countermeasures of the transformation of traditional village cultural values in rural revitalization. The transformation of cultural values in traditional villages can activate the rural economy， optimize governance and enhance cultural identity， and plays an important role in promoting rural revitalization. However， the process of its transformation also faces problems， such as the contradiction between protection and development， industrial homogenization and talent shortage. In this regard， the value transformation of traditional culture should build a scientific protection and utilization system， deepen industrial integration， and cultivate talents to activate sustainable endogenous motivation.
