Abstract: In the context of smart agriculture's rapid growth, this study conducts AI-empowered teaching reform for proteomics courses in agricultural and forestry colleges to tackle their disconnect from real needs. Guided by "AI integration and agricultural application", it reconstructs teaching objectives, optimizes the AI-integrated knowledge system, and updates resources with AI tools and virtual simulations. A smart teaching mode of "dual-platform collaboration + integrated learning-training-competition" and a multi-dimensional evaluation system are established, forming a new paradigm integrating theory, practice, and innovation. The reform enhances the course's cutting-edge and practical aspects, providing a path for cultivating interdisciplinary agricultural talents proficient in smart technologies.
