Abstract: Against the backdrop of rural revitalization and the development of new quality agricultural productive forces, how to improve the value of rural ecological agricultural products through artificial intelligence (AI) has become an important issue. The study takes Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province as an example to explore the path for artificial intelligence to empower rural ecological agricultural products to increase the value. Through field research and case analysis, this study found that although AI technology has achieved local efficiency improvements in production, circulation, sales and other aspects, it generally faces insufficient technological adaptation, weak infrastructure, data barriers, algorithm monopoly, and policy talent support. Multiple constraints such as insufficient restrict its deep penetration and value release. Thus, this study builds an integrated path framework of four-dimensional collaboration of "technology-industry-system-talent", proposing to develop regionally adapted intelligent systems, build smart supply chains, create fair digital markets, implement precise policy interventions, and cultivate localized talents, and other systemic countermeasures. The research results aim to provide a path reference with both theoretical value and practical significance for the digital transformation of agriculture and the high-quality development of rural industries in Lianyungang and other areas.
