Abstract： Xi Jinping's important exposition on rural cultural revitalization systematically elaborated on the goals， tasks， basic strategies and main principles of rural cultural revitalization. Its distinctive features are reflected in adhering to the people-centered development idea， methodological guidance of integrity and innovation， and the overall planning of systematic thinking. Under the guidance of this important exposition， the revitalization of rural culture should focus on value infiltration， shape a new style of rural customs and civilization， be based on facilities and services， weave a dense public cultural network， and use talent cultivation as the starting point to activate the endogenous power of culture. Industrial integration is the path to broaden the cultural development space， use communication and innovation as the engine， and expand the radiation power of rural culture. This series of measures together constitute a systematic project of rural cultural revitalization and provide cultural support and spiritual impetus for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
