Measurement of the level of high-quality development of farmers’professional cooperativesandanalysisofobstaclefactors

Abstract：Investigating the level ofhigh-quality development in farmers’professional cooperativesand its spatiotemporaldiferentiationpatternsisakeystartingpointforovercomingdevelopmentbottlenecksanddrivingtheir transformation from quantitative to qualitative change.This paper establishes anevaluation index system for the highqualitydevelopment level offarmers’professional cooperatives basedonthe five dimensions of inovation， coordination，greenness，openness and sharing.Onthis basis，theentropy value method is usedto measure the highquality development level ofChina’s farmers’professional cooperatives from 20l3 to 2022，and the Moran index， Theil index，andobstacledegree modelareusedtoanalyzethespatialand temporal evolutioncharacteristicsofthehighqualitydevelopment level of China’s farmers’professional cooperatives，inter-regional diffrences，andkeyobstacle factors.Theresultsshowthat：thelevel ofhigh-qualitydevelopment offarmers’profesionalcooperatives shows adevelopment trend of decreasing and then increasing，and the level of high-qualitydevelopmentof cooperatives in the four major regions shows a distribution pattern of“East > Central > West>Northeast”；the level ofhigh-qualitydevelopmentof farmers’professionalcooperatives is characterized bythe aggregationof spatial distributionandregional disparity，and the disparitymainlycomes from Financial support，agricultural product quality certificationand internalcredit cooperationare the main obstaclesafecting the high-quality development of cooperatives.

农民专业合作社（下文简称“合作社”是开展适度规模经营的市场主体，也是服务和联系农民最广泛、最紧密互助性经济组织，在链接小农户和大市场中发挥重要作用，有力推动实现农民增收、农业增效、农村发展[1]。（剩余15145字）
