果园套袋纸回收机关键部件设计与试验

Abstract:Inresponsetothechaengesofnon-biodegradableandenvironmentallpolutingdiscadedfruitbagpaper,aswellasthe loweffciencyandhighcostof manualrecycling,a design foranairsuctionorchardfruit bagpaperrecycling machine has been proposed.Todeterminetheoptimaloperational parametersforairselection,physicalparametersandsuspendedvelocitiesof the fruitbagpaperweremeasured.Thisdatawasusedtodesignandtheoreticallycalculatethestructureofa keydebris removal device sedimentationchamber.Using asuspensionvelocity measurement device,therange of suspended velocityforthe bagging paper was found to be 2.9m/s to 5.6m/s ,while the range for soil and impurities was 11.5m/s to 15 m/s. Based on this information,Fluent simulation analysis was conducted to obtain an inlet air speed range from 15m/s to 16m/s A prototype machine underwent field trials in orchards,resulting in an average recovery rate of 82.5% for fruit bag paper with an average impurity rate of 6.9% .These results validate that the air-suction orchard fruit bag paper recycling machine can achieve its intended operational effectiveness.

0 引言
苹果套袋技术[1]已广泛应用于各地的苹果果园当中,给苹果套上果袋,可有效减少苹果病虫害,隔绝喷洒的农药,从而使得苹果没有农药残留,也更加鲜美可口[2.3]。(剩余8848字)
