Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsthattheexistingfertilizerdischargercannotbeappliedtothemechanizedfertilizationofhigh watercontent powderyorganic fertilizerandthesingle functionoftheexisting fertilizerapplicator,apowderyorganic fertilizerstripfertilizerapplicatorwasdesignedThefertilizermachineismainlycomposedofafertilizerbox,ashaftlessspiral fertilizerdischarger,aspiralconveyingdeviceinthefertlizerbox,afurrowopenerandanintellgentfertlizer adjustmentdevice.Thefertilizermachinecanadjusttheratiooforganicfertilizercompoundfertilizer,fertilizationdepthand fertilizationrow spacing acording tothe agronomicrequirements,and can completemany operations suchas ditching, fertilizationandsoilcoveringatonetime.Ithashighoperationefciency,wideapplicability,reducesrepeated operationsandmees therequirementsofconservationtillgetechnology.Thefieldperformancetestofthefertlizerapplicator was carriedout.Theresultsshowedthatthemaximumvalueof thecoeficient of variationof theconsistencyof the fertilizer discharge in each row was 5.24% ,the maximum value of the coefficient of variation of the stability of the total fertilizer discharge was 1.87% ,themaximumvalue of the coefficient of variation of the uniformity of fertilization was (204号 6.04% ,themaximum value of thebroken rate was 0.53% ,and the minimumvalue of thequalified rate of fertilizationdepth was 93.75% .All thepropertiesmeet the national standard requirements and agronomic requirements of fertilization machinery,and can be used for the ratio fertilization of powdery organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer.
