基于CFD的育肥猪舍风送式喷雾消毒机雾滴沉积特性研究

Abstract:Theexistingspraydisinfectionequipmentforpigstieshasproblemssuchasdificultyinpredictingthedeposition efectofdisinfectiondropletsandpoorutilizationrateofliquidmedicine.Therefore,thedropletdepositioncharacteristics ofair-asstedspraydisinfectorunderdiferentconditionsarestudiedThrough numerical simulationof sprayflowfield by using computational fluiddynamics(CFD),single-factorand multi-factorexperimentsweredesignedtoanalyzethe deposition rate of droplets in diferentregions to determine theoptimal sprayparameter combination.Basedon the response surface method,a prediction model for the droplet deposition coveragerate wasestablishedbyusing air supply angle,air supply speeand spray flow rate.Theresultsshowed that thecoverage rate of droplet deposition at a distance of 0m to 4m was mainly affected by the angle of wind delivery and spray flow rate. At a distance range of 4 m to (20 6m ,the combined effectsof wind delivery angle,wind delivery speed and spray flow rate had a more significant impact on thecoveragerateofdropletdeposition.Theoptimalparametercombinationsforeacharea areasfolows:fortherangeof Om to 2m ,the wind delivery angle is -44.81∘ ,the wind delivery speed is 7.82m/s ,and the spray flow rate is 2.99L/min , with a droplet coverage rate of 41.2% .Ata height of 2m to 4m ,the wind delivery angle is -18.22∘ ,the wind delivery velocity is 8.81m/s ,and the spray flow rate is 2.74L/min ,Under this combination,the droplet coverage rate is 76.8% : For the range of 4m to 6m ,the wind delivery angle is 1.31∘ ,the wind delivery speed is ,and the spray flow rate is 2.59L/min . Under this combination,the droplet coverage rate is 96.7% :
