Abstract：From the perspectiveof Chinese path tomodernization，thecoordinatedevolutionoflandpolicyimplementation eficiencyandfarmers’subjectivityconstruction has become thecoreisueofruralrevitalizationstrategy.Byconstructing a threedimensionalanalysis framework of“theorypracticereality”andcombining multiplecasestudies，itis foundthat theroleoffarmers’subjectivityin landpolicyimplementationisoften limiteddue toinformationbariers，low organizational levels，ndtraditionalconcepts.Tothis end，a“endogenousexogenous”collaborativeoptimization pathis proposed：internall，through technological empowerment，cultural reshaping，and organizationalrestructuring， farmers’autonomous decision-makingability，participation enthusiasm，and innovation awarenessare enhanced; Externally，the legitimate rightsandinterestsandsubject status offarmersare protected through rights reconstruction，institutional adjustment，and social support.This provides anew theoretical perspectiveand practical solutions for solving the subjectivity dilemma in the implementation of land policies.
