Abstract:Inorder tosolvetheproblems oflowmechanizationlevel,highlabor intensityandeasydamagetointercroppngcrops bytraditionalmachineryintheagronomicmodeoffritllary-cornintereroppinginDafengDistrict,YanchengCity,Jiangsu Province,acrawlerself-propelledfritillry harvesterwasdesigned.Themachineadoptsa gantryelectriccrawlerchassis structure,andalisthtegatedpeationofecavatintrasportatonreengndcolectiooffrillyustoughte flexiblevibrationseparationdesignofthefrontendexcavationshovel,partitiontypeliftingchainconveyingandrearenddouble layer vibrating screen. The field experiment showed that the loss rate and damage rate were as low as 1.24% and 0.92% (204 respectively in the range of 0.2-0.4m/s operating speed,which met the requirements of relevant standards. The crawler selfpropeledfrilaryharvesterhasareasonablestructureandperformancetomeettheactualproductionrequirements.The machineachievesa work eficiency improvementofover28timesperperson,efectivelyaddressing thechalengesof mechanizedharvestingintheFrtillria-cornintercroppingmodel.Itshowspromisingalicationprospectsandprovidesvaluable technical insights for the development of similar harvesting equipment for Chinese medicinal herbs.
