Abstract:Aiming at addressing theexcessveresistanceof bulldozing devices inrhizome corydalis harvesting machinery,a drag-reductionrotarydiggingshovel wasdesigned,anditskinematicand mechanical analyseswere conducted.A bionic blademodel wasdeveloped fortheshovel,andadiscreteelement method simulationmodel integrating rhizome corydalis tubers,soil,andtherotary shovel wasestablished.With bladewidth,numberof blades,and rotational speed as experimentalfactors,and resistance forceandcutter shaft torqueasevaluation indices, optimal operational parameters were determined through simulation experiments:1o blades, 80mm bladewidth,and 298r/min rotational speed.Under these parameters,the bladeresistancewas 207.47N and the cutter shaft torque was 39.96N⋅m . Comparative analysis with conventional planar shovel bulldozing devices demonstrated a 30‰ (20 reduction in resistance,indicating superior efficiency for rhizome corydalis harvesting.
