基于坡度修正的电驱混合动力拖拉机换挡规律研究

Abstract:Inorder tosolve the problem of cyclic shiftunder therampconditionofhybrid tractor,takinga two-speed electricdrive transmisionsystemastheresearchobject,theoptimizationmethodoftheshiftruleof thetandemhybrid tractorsuitable forrampdriving wasstudied.Onthebasis of thetwo-parameteroptimal dynamicshiftrule,athree parameter shiftrulebasedonslope was formulated,andanextended Kalman filter model(EKF)was established,the extended Kalman filterprinciplewasused to identifytheroadslope,andthereal-timecorrectionoftheshiftruleunder the slopecondition Wasrealizedacording totheslopevalueidentifiedbytheEKF.Finall,the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform wasused to simulateandcomparetheshiftrules withand withoutrampsunder diferentrampconditions. Theresultsshow thatunder different slopeconditions,themodifiedshifting paterncan significantlyreduce thenumber of shifts for the tractor,eliminate the shift cycle phenomenon,and within the 250 s simulation period,at a 14% slope and (204号 50% throtle opening,the number of shifts decreased from 12 times to O times;at a 14% slope and 100% throttle opening, the number of shifts decreased from1l times to1 time;at a 20% slope,the number of shifts decreased from lO times to O times;at a 32% slope,the number of shifts decreased from 12 times to O times.The tractor can accelerate smoothly and effectively improve its driving performance.

0 引言

拖拉机的主流动力传动系统,然而,这两种动力传动系统结构与换挡控制复杂,制造难度大,相关核心技术被国外企业垄断,严重制约国产大马力拖拉机产品的升级动力换挡、液压无级变速传动系统仍是当前大功率换代。(剩余10753字)
