Design and experiment on the positive bud mechanism of garlic seeds based on machine vision

Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsofdificultyinplantinggarlicseedswiththebudfacingupwardsandthelowrateofcorrect budsinthecurrent garlic mechanical sowing,agarlicsed corectbuddevicebasedon machine vision is designedTaking Cangshangarlicastheresearchobject,acording tothe technicalrequirementsof garlicsprout plantingandthe physical characteristicparametersof garlicseeds,thestructuredesignofthestandingdeviceandtheflippngdeviceiscarredout,and therangeofbasicparametersisdetermined.Onthebasisof theoreticalanalysis,thestanding processofthestanding deviceissimulatedbyAdamskinematics,andthefiniteelementmodelofthegarlcsedsandstandingdeviceisestablishedBased ontheanalysisof the movementof garlicseedsand’thestructuralparametersofthestandingdevice,thevaluerangeof the coneangleofthestandingdevicewasdetermined.Theorthogonalexperimentwascarredoutwiththepositivebudrateof garlicseedasthetestindex,andtheconeangleofstandingdevice,theinnerdiameterofcrosshubandtheinitialvelocity of garlicseedasthetestfactors.Theoptimal parametercombinationwasobtained.When the standingdeviceconeanglewas (204号 31.8∘ ,the initial velocity of the garlic seed was 0.8m/s and the inner diameter of the cross hub was 26.4mm ,the positive germination rate of the garlic seed was 95.5% :
