[Abstract]Stroke isacommon cerebrovascular disease inclinic.In recent years，the age of onsetof stroke tends to be younger.Upper limb dysfunction isone of thecommon sequelae of stroke.It has the problems of slow recoveryand poor curative efectinclinical treatment.Increased muscle tension isacommon complicationof stroke. The upper limb has a large range of projection in the cerebral motor cortex and requires more fine movements. Therefore，the recoveryof upper limb function has become the diffcultyand focusof the rehabilitationof stroke sequelae.This review summarizes and compares the current intervention methods of upper limb dysfunction after stroke，and analyzes the principle and clinical application dilemma of neddle knives in improving upper limb dysfunction in stroke patients.Compare theadvantages and challnges of thecurent ultrasonic visualization needle knife，andsummarize thenew directionofthecurrent needle knife improvement，inorder toprovideachoice forthe rehabilitation treatment of such patients in clinical practice，and provide anew direction for needle knife medical research.
