Effect of Xinmailong Injection Combined with Conventional Western Medicine on Chronic Heart Failureof Qi Deficiencyand Blood Stasis/XULinjie.//Medical Innovationof China，2025，22（30）：120-123

[Abstract]Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of Xinmaolong Injection combined with conventional westernmedicine in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）of Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Method：A total of98 patients withCHFof Qi deficiencyand blood stasisadmitedtothe SecondAfiliated Hospitalof Bengbu Medical Universityfrom May2O21 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.Under the interventionof the random number table method，they were divided into two groups，with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment， while the study group was treated with Xinmaolong Injection on thebasisofthe control group.The cardiac function indicators，laboratory indicators，prognosis andqualityof life of the two groups were compared and observed. Result： Compared with before treatment，the cardiac output （CO），left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF），left ventricular end-diastolicdiameter（LVEDD），leftventricular end-systolic diameter （LVESD），and stroke volume （SV）inboth groups improved after treatment，and the improvement ffect in the study group were more significant than those of the control group （ P <0.05）.After treatment， the N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide （NT-proBNP）and CRP inthe study group were lower thanthose inthe control group，and the 6-minute walk test （6MWT） distance was longer than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. The incidence of adverse cardiovascular eventsin the study group waslower than that in the control group（ P <0.05）.After 2-month followup，thescoresofthe Minnesota heartfailurequalityof ifescale inthe study group wereallowerthanthose inthe control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： For CHF disease，the treatment plan combining conventional western medicine combined with Xinmaolong Injectioncan help regulate thepatient'scardiac function，improve the body's cardiac inflammatory response，and help the patient achieve a good prognosis.
