[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the clinical eficacy of Probucol combined with Butylphthalide and Rosuvastatin in elderly patients with cerebralinfarctionand hypercholesterolemia.Method：Aretrospectiveanalysis wasconductedonthe clinical dataof 1O8 elderly patients with cerebralinfarctionand hypercholesterolemiaadmitted to Fujian Provincial Elderly Hospitalfrom August 2O21 to March 2O24.They were divided into two groups according todiffrent treatment methods，with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Butylphthalide and Rosuvastatin， while the observation group was treated with a combination of Probucol.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical eficacy，blood lipid level， nerve function and adverse reactions of the two groups werecompared.Result： After treatment，the total effctive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，TG，TC，LDL-C were lower than those of the control group，and HDL-C was higher than that of the control group，the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05） .There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05 ）.Conclusion：The combination of Probucol，Butylphthalideand Rosuvastatinintreating elderly patients withcerebral infarctioncomplicated by hypercholesterolemia can reduce blood lipids，improve neurological function，and doesnot significantly increase adverse reactions.
