[Abstract]Objective：To explore the application effect of Dexamethasone injectionat the Zusanli acupoint in patients with high-risk of postoperative nauseaand vomiting （PONV）.Method：Atotal of 102 patients at high risk of PONV who underwent surgery in People's Hospital Ganzhou Hospital from January 2022 to January 2O24 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table，with 51 cases in each group.Both groups received combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia.After the operation，the control group was intravenously injected with Dexamethasone to prevent PONV，while the study group was injected with Dexamethasone at the Zusanli acupoint to prevent PONV.The incidence of PONV，gastrointestinal hormone levels， adverse reactions，and satisfaction rate of PONV prevention were compared between thetwo groups. Result： At 4， 6， 12and 24 hoursafterthe operation，the severityof PONV in the study group was lessthan thatin thecontrol group （ P <0.05）.At12 hoursafter the operation，the 5-hydroxytryptamine （5-HT） in thestudy group was lower than that in the control group，and the motilin （MTL） and gastrin （GAS）were higher than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. There was no statistically significant diffrence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P> 0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the study group in preventing PONV was higher than that of the control group （ P
