[Abstract] Objective： To observe the application effect of anti-adhesive membrane in microsurgery for finger tendon injury.Method：Eighty-two patients who underwent microsurgery for fingertendon injury in Shangrao Municipal Hospital from May2O2O to May 2O24 were selected.They were divided into thecontrol group （microsurgery）and the study group （microsurgery combined with anti-adhesive membrane） using the random number table method，with 41 cases ineach group.Postoperative pain degre，finger function，complications，and clinical efects of the two groups were observed.Result： Onday1andday2aftersurgery，the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group （ P <0.05）. Three months after surgery，the range of motion of proximal interphalangeal （PIP） joint，distal interphalangeal （DIP）joint，metacarpophalangeal （MP） joint，and range of total active motion （TAM） in the study group were higher than those in the control group，the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group waslower than that in the control group，andthe total efective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Applying anti-adhesive membrane in microsurgery for finger tendon injury can achieve good efects，which can reduce postoperative pain and complicationsinpatients，and improve fingerfunction.
