Application Effect of Sacral Nerve Root Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Bladder Function Training in Patients with Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction after Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate/QIN Rui，HOU Heshuai.//Medical Innovation of China，2025，22（30）： 026-030

[Abstract]Objective：To explore the application effect of sacral nerve root magnetic stimulation combined with bladder function training in patients with lower urinary tract dysfunction after prostate holmium laser enucleation.Method：A total of 96 patients with lower urinary tract dysfunction after prostate holmium laser enucleation who were admitted to Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly assigned into two groups using a random number table. The control group （ n =48） received bladder function training， while the observation group （ n =48）received sacralnerveroot magneticstimulationcombinedwithbladderfunctiontraining.Theurinarydynamic indicators，improvementinlower urinarytract dysfunction，qualityoflife，painscore，and 3-day bladderdiary were compared between the two groups.Result：After treatment，the urodynamic indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P <0.05），the incidence of lower urinary tract dysfunction in the observation group were better than those in the control group （ P <0.05），the quality of life and pain scoresin the observation group were better than those of the control group （ P <0.05），and the frequency of nocturia，difficulty in urination and incompleteurination in the 3-day bladder diary in theobservation group were lessthan those of the control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Sacral nerve root magnetic stimulation combined with bladder function training can effctively improve lower urinary tract dysfunctionand enhance clinical outcomes in patients after prostate holmium laser enucleation.
