Effect of Huangkui Capsules Combined with Bumetanide in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis/QIJiamei.//Medical Innovationof China，2025，22（30）： 108-111

[Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effect of Huangkui Capsules combined with Bumetanide on chronic glomerulonephritis.Method：A total of11O patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to Qingyang People's Hospital from January 2O23 to June 2O24 were selected anddivided into the Huangkui Capsules group and the Bumetanide group by random number table method， with 55 cases in each group. The Bumetanide group was treated with Bumetanide，and the Huangkui Capsules group was treated with Huangkui Capsules combined with Bumetanide.The treatment course for both groups was 8 weeks. The renal functionindicators [glomerularfiltrationrate（GFR），24hurine total protein （UTP），BUN，Scr]，Tlymphocyte subsets （CD4 k+ ，CD8+，CD4+/CD8+），inflammatory factors （TNF -α ，IL-8，IL-6，IL-17，hs-CRP）before and after treatment were compared between the two groups，and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment period was recorded.Result： After treatment， the 24 h UTP，BUN and Scr in the Huangkui Capsules group were significantly lower than those in the Bumetanide group，the GFR was higher than that in the Bumetanide group （ P <0.05）.After treatment， the levels of TNF- α ，IL-8，IL-6，IL-17 and hs-CRP in the Huangkui Capsules group were significantly lower than those in the Bumetanide group （ P <0.05）. After treatment， the CD8 + in the Huangkui Capsules group was significantly lower than that in the Bumetanide group， and the CD4 ⋅+ and CD4+/CD8 + were significantly higher than those in the Bumetanide group （ P <0.05）. There was no statistically significant diffrence in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P >0.05）.

Conclusion：Intheclinicaltreatmentofchronic glomerulonephritis，thecombinationof theconventionaldiuretic Bumetanide andthe Chinese patent medicine Huangkui Capsules can effectively reduce the levels of proteinuria， alleviate inflammatory responses，and protect renal function.
