Comparison of the Efficacy and Recurrence Rate of Hysteroscopic Planing System and Electroresection in the Treatmentof EndometrialPolyps/YANGNi，HUANGQiaoyun，LINJi.//Medical Innovation of China，2025，22（30）： 063-066

[Abstract]Objective： To compare the efficacy and recurrence rate of hysteroscopic planing system and electroresection inthe treatment of endometrial polyps.Method：Aretrospective analysis wasconducted on110 patients withendometrial polypswho wereadmited toFujian Medical UniversityAfiliated Mindong Hospital from June 2022 to June 2O24.They were divided into acontrol group and an observation group according to different surgical methods， with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic electroresection， while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic planing system. The clinical efficacy，perioperative indicators，endometrial thickness，incidenceofcomplications and recurrencerate ofthe two groups were compared. Result： Total efective rateand postoperative endometrial thickness were both elevated in the observation group relative to the control group （ P <0.05）.Compared with the control group，the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss and shorter operation time and hospital stay （ P <0.05）. Compared to the control group's complication rate （12.73 % ），the observation group exhibitedalower rate （1.82 % ）（ P <0.05）.The recurrence rate in the observation group （O） remained lower compared to the control group （3.64 % ），butthe difference wasnot statistically significant P>0.05 ）.Conclusion： Compared with hysteroscopic electroresection，the hysteroscopic planing system hasa better therapeutic efect onendometrial polyps，with shorterhospital stays，shorteroperationtime，lessintraoperative blood loss and a lower incidence of complications.
