[Abstract] Objective： To explore the therapeutic effcts of combining Kinesio Taping with shockwave therapy in the treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome （SIS）.Method： A total of 82 patients with SIS treatedat the ation Departmentof Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2O23 to October 2O24 were enrolld and randomly asigned to the control group （41 cases，receiving shockwave therapyalone）and study group （41 cases，receiving Kinesio Taping combined with shockwave therapy）.The VAS scores，Constant-Murleyshoulder joint function scores and SF-36 scores of the two groups were compared.Result： After 5 weeks of treatment，both groups displayed a reduction in VAS scores， with the study group demonstrating greater reduction compared to the control group（ P <0.05）.After5weeks of treatment，the Constant-Murley shoulder joint scoresand total scores and SF-36 scores improved in both groups，those of the study group were higher than those inthe control group （ P <0.05）.

Conclusion： Kinesio Taping combined with shockwave therapy can reduce the pain degree of SIS patients and improve their shoulder joint functionand quality of life.
