[Abstract]Objective：To explore the effct Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with infrared irrdiation on knee joint pain and function in patients with Qi-stagnationand blood-stasis syndromeafter unicompartmental knee arthroplasty （UKA）surgery.Method： A total 8O patients with Qi-stagnationand blood-stasis syndrome after UKA surgery admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospitalfrom January to October 2O24 were prospectively selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method，with 4O cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine， while the observation group was given Taohong Siwu Decoctioncombined with infrarediradiation on the basis the control group.The therapeutic effects， traditional Chinese medicinesyndromescores，serum indicators，painscores，kneejointfunctionsand theoccurrence adverse reactions the two groups were compared.Result： The total clinical efective rate the observation group was higher than that the control group （ P <0.05）.After treatment，the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores，IL- 1β and VAS scores both groups were lower than those before treatment，while the Hospital for Special Surgery（HSS） scoresand hyaluronic acid （HA）were higher than those before treatment，those in the observation group were superior to the control group （ P <0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence adverse reactions between the two groups （ P >0.05）.Conclusion： For patients with Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome after UKA surgery，the application Taohong Siwu Decoctioncombined with infrared iradiation has a remarkable therapeutic efect.Itcanallviate knee joint pain，enhance knee joint function，and facilitate patient recovery.
