[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the application effect of complex thermal insulation nursing based on feedforward risk control in elderly patients with fractures.Method：By using the convenience sampling method， 8O elderly patients with fractures who underwent fractures surgery were admitted to the Yingtan People's Hospital from June 2O22 to June 2O24 were selected.They were divided into the observation group and thecontrol group by stratified random grouping method，with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group，on this basis，received complexthermal insulation nursing based on feedforward risk control intervention.The postoperative recovery conditions，body temperature，stress response indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result： The anesthesia recovery time，tracheal catheter extubation time，first exhaust time and muscle strength recoverytime in the observation group were earlier thanthose in the control group （ P <0.05）.At the end of the operation，the HR，SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）.One hour after the operation，at the end of the operation，and during the ward handover，the body temperature of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （ P <0.05）. Duringthe operation and the anesthesia recovery period，the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The application of complex thermal insulation nursing basedon feedforward risk control in elderly patients with fractures hasa remarkable thermal insulation effect， which can reduce stress responses and complications and promote postoperative recovery.
