Effectof Agomelatine Combined with Exercise Game Therapy on Patients with Depresson/YU Zhimin，XU Yingxiang，ZHANJinqiong.//Medical Innovation of China，2025，22（30）： 102-107

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effctof Agomelatine combined with exercise game therapy on patients with depression.Method：A totalof 82 patientswithdepression diagnosed inJiangxi Mental Health Hospital from September 2O22 to September 2O24 were included in this prospective study.They were divided into control group and combined group by random number table method，41cases in each group.On the basis of routine intervention of depression，the control group was treated with Agomelatine，and the combined group was treated with exercise game therapyon the basis of the control group.The depression and anxiety status，qualityoflife，sleepquality and cognitive function，serum marker levels，adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result： After the intervention，the scores of HAMD-17，HAMA in the combined group were lower than those inthe control group （ P <0.05）.Aftertheintervention，the scores of genericqualityoflife inventory-74and Montreal cognitive assessment scale in the combined group were higher than those in the control group （ P <0.05），and the score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index was lower than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.After the intervention，the levels of norepinephrine， dopamine and5-hydroxytryptamine in the combined group were higher than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that inthe control group，among which therate ofabnormal liver functionwaslower than thatin the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：Agomelatine combined with exercise game therapycan reduce depression and anxiety in patients with depression，improve their qualityof life，sleepqualityand cognitivefunction，increase the expression level of norepinephrine，andreduce the ffectof Agomelatine onliver function.
