[Abstract] Objective：To explore the application effect of post-abortion care service model in women of childbearing age with induced abortion.Method： The observationsubjects of this article were 1OO women of childbearing age who underwent induced abortion at ital from January 2019 to December 2O21. Diffrent intervention methods were used as the basis for grouping： the control group （ n =50，conventional clinical intervention） the observation group （ n =50，implementing the post-abortion care service model onthe basis of conventional clinical intervention）.Thelevels of sex hormones，inflammatoryfactors， immune function indicators were compared between the two groups.Result：Two weeks after the operation， compared with the control group，the levels of testosterone （T） estradiol （E2） in the observation group were significantly lower，while luteinizing hormone （LH），folicle-stimulatinghormone （FSH） weresignificantly higher （ P <0.05）.Two weeks after the operation， compared with the control group，the CRP，TNF- α ，IL-6 IL-10 in the observation group were significantly lower （ P <0.05）.Two weeks after the operation，compared with the control group， the levels of CD 3+ CD4+ ， CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher， while CD8 †+ was significantlylower（ P <0.05）.Conclusion： The application effect of the post-abortion care service model in women of childbearing age with induced abortionis remarkable.Itcannotonlyefectively promote therecoveryofsex hormone levels immune function，but also alleviate the inflammatory response of the body.

人工流产多发生于因各种疾病无法继续妊娠的女性以及意外妊娠但不愿意继续妊娠的女性，主要包括药物流产与手术流产，其中手术流产的终止妊娠效果较为显著，然而该手术易损伤女性的生殖功能，部分育龄期女性在人工流产后会出现感染、子宫穿孔、继发不孕等情况，进而降低术后生活质量[。（剩余5784字）
