[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the clinical effectofJingling Oral Liquid combined with Methylphenidate Hydrochloride in the treatment of atention deficit hyperactivitydisorder （ADHD）.Method：Eighty-four children who were initially diagnosed withADHDintheFirstAfiliated HospitalofGannan Medical University from September 2O22 to June 2O24 were selected and divided into the control group （n=42，treated with Methylphenidate Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets） and the observation group （ n =42，treated withJinglingOral Liquid combined with Methylphenidate Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets）by the random number table method. Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The Swanson，Nolan，andPelhamscale version IV （SNAP-IV） and the Conners parent symptom questionnaire （PSQ） scores and error rates of numerical cancellation test at the first diagnosis and folow-up were compared between the two groups，and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment periodofthechildren was recorded.Result： Duringthetreatment period，4childreninthe observationgroup werelosttofollw-up，andultimatelythere were38cases in theobservation group.At1and3 monthsoffollow-up，the scoresof atentiondeficit，impulsive-hyperactivityandoppositional defiantof SNAP-IV intheobservation group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）.At the 3-month follow-up，the scores of each dimension of PSQ and the error rate of the numericalcancellation test in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. There was no statisticall significant diffrence inthe total incidence of adverse reactions betweenthe observation group and the control group（ 15.79% Vs 11.90% ） （P>0.05） .Conclusion： JinglingOral Liquid combined withMethylphenidate Hydrochloride inthe treatmentof ADHD can effectively improve the clinical symptoms ofchildren，enhance their attention，and will not increase the incidence of drug-related adverse reactions.
