【Abstract】The global automotive industry isexperiencing a technological iterationcentered onnew energy， networkconnectivity，andautonomousdriving，andthedeep integrationof digital twins，artificialintellgence，and industrial Internet of Thingshasreconstructed theproductionmodeandvalue chainsystem.Consumer demand for intelligent travel experienceisaccelerating，prompting productatributes toleap from traditional transportation to mobile intellgentterminals．Therefore，thispaperdiscussesthedynamiccapabilityframeworkfortraditional automobile manufacturing enterprisestobuildinteligent transformation，inthehopeof providing systematicsolutions forthe technological integration path and ecological synergy mode of key links in the industrial chain.
