Design and Development of One-button Start Switch for Automobile

【Abstract】This paper carres out a comprehensive research on the one-buttn start switch of automobile.In terms offunction，itisanintellgentautomobilecomponent，whichsendssignals tothebodycontrolerBCMin theformofa signalswitch，including signals，backlights，and indicatorcircuits，whichareconvenienttooperateandcanindicate thevehicle status.Themainpointsof designand developmentcover many aspects:thedesign input needs toclarifythe requirements of systemfunctionand vehiclebacklight；Performance parameters，theuse of double contact press automaticreturn type to ensure safety，voltage，current，operating forceand other specific parametersare specified; colortexture affcts costand effect，laser engraving processiscommonlyused；gapsegment diference，interface，size, operationfeel，instalationstructure，waterproof structure，guiderib/slot，character form，etc.，havedetailed requirementsanddesignstandards.Thedesignoftheone-buttonstartswitch needsto integratemultiplefactors，and will continuetoinnovatewiththedevelopmentofautomotivetechnologyinthefuturetomeettheneedsofemergingfields.
