【Abstract】With the development of new energy vehiclesand the implementation of thenational standard GB/T 34590—2024,this article focuses on the functional safetyof the three-electricity systemand uses HAZOP and FMEA to clarifythefailuremodesandASILsafetyobjectives.Intermsofhardware,thebatteryadoptshigh-precisionsensorsand multi-layer protection.The motorand electroniccontrol implementredundancyof keycomponentsandadopta "dual power supply + dual communication+dual controller"architecture.At the software level,security is guaranteed by state machines,fusionalgorithmsand multi-level circuit breakers.Taking a certain pure electriccommercial vehicleasan example,practical verification shows thatthe sensor redundancy design can significantlyreduce the failurerate from1.2× 10-4/h to 3.5×10-7/h ,meeting the ASIL-B safety level standard.
