【Abstract】Inviewof the expansion of the ambient temperaturerange for the use of military vehicles due to global climatechange，thisarticledesignsanddevelopsanairconditioning system for militaryspecial operationsvehicles. Through environmentalsimulationtests，thefactorsaffecting itsperformance wereanalyzed，suchastheflowfieldof the rearairconditioningsystem，theoverallair tightnessand heat insulationperformanceof thevehicle，andtheairintake of thecondenser，etc.Afterrectificationandoptimizationof various factors，thecooling and heating performance of the airconditioning systemcanbesignificantlyimproved，succesfullymeetingthetechnicalindicators.This isconduciveto improving thedriving and riding environment and combat environment insidethevehicle，enhancing combat efectiveness，andcanprovidea guiding planforthedevelopmentandoptimizationofairconditioningsystemsforsimilar vehiclesin the future.
