【Abstract】Inviewof the expansion of the ambient temperaturerange for the use of military vehicles due to global climatechange,thisarticledesignsanddevelopsanairconditioning system for militaryspecial operationsvehicles. Through environmentalsimulationtests,thefactorsaffecting itsperformance wereanalyzed,suchastheflowfieldof the rearairconditioningsystem,theoverallair tightnessand heat insulationperformanceof thevehicle,andtheairintake of thecondenser,etc.Afterrectificationandoptimizationof various factors,thecooling and heating performance of the airconditioning systemcanbesignificantlyimproved,succesfullymeetingthetechnicalindicators.This isconduciveto improving thedriving and riding environment and combat environment insidethevehicle,enhancing combat efectiveness,andcanprovidea guiding planforthedevelopmentandoptimizationofairconditioningsystemsforsimilar vehiclesin the future.
