【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of energy structure transformation,new energy vehicles have becomea development trend,but maintenanceanddiagnosisaredificult.Theapplicationof electronicdiagnostic technologyinthe maintenance of new energyvehicles has significantadvantages.Itcanreduce human misjudgment and has the advantages of highdiagnosticeficiency,highaccuracyandstrong prevention.Its technical typesarediverse,includingfaultcode diagnosistechnology,which candeterminefaultsbasedonfaultcodes.Dataflow diagnosis technologydetermines faults bycollectingdata;Sensorandactuator testing technology,detectionofsensorsandactuators;Remotediagnosis technologybreaksthrough thelimitationsof timeandspacefordiagnosis.Theapplicationpathscoverthediagnosisof power batteries,inspectionof wear and tear,charging faults,etc.Circuit system diagnosis,analyzing faultssuch as shortcircuitsandleakage;Drivesystem diagnosis,troubleshooting faultsindrivemotors,controllers,etc.In-depth research onthis technology is of great significance for promoting thedevelopmentof the new energyvehicle industry.
