【Abstract】Based on the proficiency testing of magnetic field immunitytest capability of electricaland electronic components ofroadvehicles,this papercarries outtheverification schemeand sampledesignofradiation-ring method capabilityaccording tothestandardsof ISO11452-8and GB/T33014.8.Therelevanttechnical problemsarediscussed, anditisproposedthatthereceivingcoilisusedtoreceivethemagneticfield interferencesignalatadistanceof5cm fromtheradiationring,andtheACsignal isconvertedintoDCvoltagebyADCsampling technology.Thedesignscheme isconsistentwith theactual magnetic field immunityarrngementand testscheme.Inorder toverify thequalityof the sample,theuniformityandstabilityof thesample were testedandanalyzed.Aftersample deliveryandcapability verification,statisticalalgorithmswereusedtoefectivelyidentifythelaboratorywithunsatisfactoryresults.Forthiskind oflaboratory,thereasons fortheunsatisfactoryresultsare deeplyanalyzed,and thecoresponding improvement suggestionsareput forward fromthe technical point of view.
