【Abstract】This paper systematically explores material selection, electromagnetic design optimization,and control strategyinovationfordrivemotors.Itanalyzes theapplicationpotentialof high-permeabilityalloysandhigh-temperature resistant insulating materials,studies thesuppresion mechanismof electromagnetic interference through multiphysics coupling design,and exploresdynamic eficiencyoptimization paths basedonintellgent algorithms.Theaim is to builda performance improvement system covering the entire lifecycle from design,manufacturing,tooperation and maintenance, providing theoretical supportandpractical guidance for technological breakthroughs in thepower systems of new energy vehicles.
