【Abstract】This article elaborates on theapplication of mechatronics technology in the drive system of new energy vehicles,witha focusonanalyzing the designandoptimizationof the motordrivesystem,control systemand mechanical integration.Byhighly integrating the motor,power electronicsand mechanical transmissionsystem,the energyefficiencyof thedrive systemisimproved,thevehicleweight isreduced,andthecontrolaccuracyof thesystem is increased.Studiesshow thatthecombinationof permanent magnet synchronousmotorsand vectorcontrolstrategies has obviousadvantagesinperformanceandenergy eficiency,andthedesignof mechanical system integrationalsoffectively enhances the compactness and reliability of the system.
