【Abstract】Thisarticle studies thedesignmethodsandcore technologiesof the differential gearforsmalltrucks.It combinesthephysicalandmechanicalcharacteristicsofthediferentialgearandthespecificrequirementsofvehicle enginering forthedifferentialgear,andtakesintoaccounttorquedistribution,loadcapacityand materialselection. Whiledesigning thediferentialgear,thestrengthcheckofthestructureisalsoconsidered.Bycalculatingthereliability strengthofthediferentialgear,themaximum torquethatthediferentialgearcanwithstandisobtained.Theintroduction ofanelectronic limited-slipdiferential gear improves thevehicle'sgriponslipperyroads,enhancingacertainlevelof safetyguaranteeforthecar.The2OCrMnTialoysteelwasfabricatedintoanintegratedforming materialfordierential gears through hotdiepressng.Through thedesignof thediferential gearofsmalltrucks,itprovidescertain technical supportanddesign theoreticalbasisfortheimprovementofthedesigntheoryand technologyof thecomponentsof the wheel differential gear system and the optimal design of the transmission of small vehicles.
