【Abstract】This paper starts with introducing the research results of domestic scholars in the field of fault diagnosis andelimination of new energyvehicles,and takes 2O19 BYDQinEVas the specificresearch objectto deeplyanalyze thediagnosisand elimination methodsofcommon typicalfaultssuchasfailure to turnonlow-voltageelectricity,failure toturnonhigh-voltageelectricity,andfailure tochargenormaly.Throughseveralactualfaultcases,asetofeffective diagnosis processissummarized:first,carefullyobserve thefault phenomenon;Secondly,combinedwith thecircuit diagram,thefaultcausesareanalyzed deply.Finall,thefault pointandfaulttypeareaccuratelyidentifiedwith the help ofspecific detectionsteps.Thediagnosticprocess and troubleshoting ideasare feasible,whichisof great significance to promote the professional development of the new energy vehicle maintenance industry.
