【Abstract】The development of theautomotive industry promotes the wideapplicationof MCU in the automotive field，and itsstableoperation dependsonthereset circuit.Althoughthe traditionalRCreset circuit is simpleand low costit has some disadvantages such aspower supply burr，slow edge response，por driving abilityand weak antiinterference，so itisnotsuitable for complexvehicleenvironment.ROHM'sBU42xx andBU43xx seriesof IC voltage detectorsofferawiderangeoffeaturesfortheautomotiveindustry.Thispaper mainlyintroducesitsoperationdescription， power-ondelaycalculation，working state waveform，and gives the practical application circuit and test results.Hope to provide some reference forrelated industries.
