Research on the Extrusion Forming Process of Bearing End Plate for Automobile Engin

【Abstract】This article takes the bearing end cover of anautomobile engine ina certain automobile manufacturing plantastheresearchobject，conductsa feasibilityanalysisof thehotextrusionprocessforthe bearing endcover， selectsthe hot extrusion equipment，determines the main processparameters in thehot extrusion processcheme，and designs the forging die.Modeling iscarried outby3D software toobtain various data parameters.Comparedwith traditional methodsand traditional procesing methods，thisdesign issimpler，the mold structure accuracy is higher， thematerial lossrate islowerand more efficient.
