【Abstract】 This article mainly discusss the application and development of VR/AR technology in automotive design,analyzes itscore principlesand software and hardwarearchitectures,andreveals thatthis technology transforms automotivedesign fromdrawingstothree-dimensionalmodelsbyconstructingvirtual environments,shortening the iterationcycle,reducing costs,andsupporting cross-departmentalcollboration.Thispaperexpoundsthepractical applicationsof technologiessuchasvirtual prototypeconstruction,high-precision interactiondesignand multi-physics fieldsimulation,and explores the development trendssuch asreal-timerendering upgrade,distributedcomputing innovation,model fusionandprotocol standardization.Research shows that VR/ARbreaksthrough the limitationsof traditionalengineeringverification.Inthefuture,itisnecessarytooptimizedatacompatibility,enhancevirtual-real interaction,improvethe technical system,and promote the developmentof the intelligent automotive industry.
