Research on Energy Balance and Stability of Charging System for New Energy Vehicles*

【Abstract】With the global energy transitionand the promotion of the "dual carbon"strategy,the optimizationof electricvehiclecharging technology has becomeoneof thecoreisues in thedevelopment of thenew energy vehicle industry.This paper proposesahardwarecontrolarchitecturebasedonavoltage divider circuit,multi-stagecomparator, and RSflip-floptoaddress thehighcomplexityand highcostof traditionalcharging systems thatrelyonmicrocontrolers and power managementchips.Theaim is toachieveenergybalanceandstabilityduring thecharging process.Through the dynamicthreshold adjustment mechanismand fault-tolerant design of bistable triggers,the system can complete multilevel voltage detectionand charging mode switching without software dependency,reducing hardware costsby more than (204号 50% .Experimental verification shows thatthe design meets the designrequirements in terms of voltage divisionaccuracy (20 (±1%) ,comparatorresponse time(<1ms),andanti-interference ability,providing technical support forthe popularization and safety improvement of charging infrastructure.
