AbstractInthe newera，asanimportantbatlefieldforcultivating high-qualitytechnicalandskilledtalents，thequality and effctiveness ofstudent management in vocational collges directlyaffct the effectiveness of talentcultivation.At present，thereare problems in the management ofvocational college students，such as relying on institutionalconstraints andlacking personalized services，low matching between information technology aplications and needs，and imperfect school enterprise colaborative management mechanisms. How to optimize management paths and improve management efficiency has become anurgent problem to be solved.This study aims to explore the optimization path of student management in vocational colleges in the new era，construct a personalized management system，strengthen the applicationofinformation technologyandimprovethe mechanismofschoolenterprisecollaboration，inorder toprovide reference and inspiration for vocational education workers.
