AbstractThe article explores in depth the systematic construction of artificialinteligenceempowering employment guidance inuniversities.Byconstructing a theoretical framework of valuelogic,development botlenecks,and practical approaches,it reveals the keyrole of artificial intelligence in the systematic construction of employment guidance in universities. Research has found that there are development bottlenecks in the current employment guidance system in universities intermsof technological level,applicationeffectivenes,teacherabilityandstudentquality.Thrfore,it is proposed that universities should strengthen research onartificial intelligence technology,create a new paradigm of precise and effcient artificial intelligenceemployment guidance, build an intellgent employment guidance teacher team,and strengthen practical approaches tocultivating students'digital abilities,inorder topromote theeffective integrationof educationalresources and innovation inemployment guidance models,and meet the requirements of new quality productivity for talent cultivation in universities.
